Hello! Mimi here! Michelle is what most people call me, but since I have the two most beautiful granddaughters that every lived, who call me Mimi I am proud and honored to call myself Mimi - So, the name for my business, Mimi's Antiques, just seemed right... I cherish my granddaughters, and I cherish the history and heritage of antiques.
To the left, you will see a photo of what I get to see everyday when I go work- it is the most beautiful pond with ducks, fish, birds, and other local fauna not to mention the eclectic plant life - I am always finding something new - to be sure, the landscape is amazing! My front door is only feet from the pond and with summer full swing each day it gets more beautiful!

The contents of my shop is like walking into a small community of bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, barns, and porches - I have not only displayed my antiques but I have given the buyer the ideas in how to decorate and incorporate antiques, crafts and everyday items to create a warm and inviting atmosphere that anyone would enjoy sitting, eating, sleeping or just reading a book - I take gently used items, reorganize, reuse and re purpose for a new and inviting look so that the customer can not only see what the items was, but what the item can become... Please visit again soon and make sure to check out my photo gallery of the shop, my blog, news, recommended local artists, more local shops in the area, vintage bike finds,  items for sale, and sign my guest book - stay tuned new updates, ideas, and upcoming events.
There's much more to come!
